    • Cynthia Catts – Even though you are a subscriber and are logged in, you need to activate your web access. Please click on the Activate My Web Access button at the top of the site and complete the required fields. Your email address should be sufficient.

        • Dianne – your subscription is active and is set up on the website. I suggest resetting your password and logging in. If successful, you will see your name at the top of the page. Then find the issue cover on the home page and click it or the digital issues button.

          If you are awaiting your October issue, it is scheduled to arrive next week.

To save it as a PDF, you’ll need to “download” it. Depending on your computer, system, browser, age of system and personal settings, this process will differ. We cannot control that. Or click on the button below it that says Digital Issues. From here you can select the current issue or any past issue.

  5. I can’t seem to download issue. I am a subscriber but have only received one or maybe 2 hard copies of the magazine that i know. Originally I wanted to purchase a subscription to be sent to my 12 year old grand daughter because she had just received a new puppy. However, WDJ wouldn’t allow it to be sent to her because my credit card address was different than her address. I have only been able to forward single emails that I receive from you on a regular basis. I am very disappointed in the difficulty I’ve had with WDJ. According to my records, I purchased a subscription 1/26/20. Where are my issues? I can’t even download a PDF from WDJ I’m not a technical person but have downloaded other items from other companies. but can’t with WDJ.       The Post Office indicates that the address we have for you is incorrect so we stopped mailing issues. We are happy to extend your subscription once we resolve the address problem. I am emailing you privately to check your address.

  9. I realize I have let my subscription lapse. I am a widow now and am barely making it.
    1] I would like to know how much for a year’s subscription.
    2] How much if I were to order via PDF download a certain month magazine.
    3] Do you offer an email subscription-to avoid sending it via snail mail? aka USPS. We have had issues with our local post office not delivering our mail or delivering it to other people’s homes or who knows where my debit card went too but it never got to my home.2x!! MAgazines the same. Sporadic delivery. This has been before DeJoy took over even!
    4] Also, can you guys look into/inspection of The Farmer’s Dog…food company and I think there is another food company that has subscription homemade dog food? (not that nasty stuff being sold in grocery stores! I don’t think even wolves would eat that stuff!!) My girl smelled that and looked at me as if, Are you kidding me? Do you think I am going to even touch that? Get out’a here momma!

  10. Has anyone else had problems with getting the first couple of issue hardcopy in the mail and then NOTHING? The first tme I called, they said they would add month to my subscription. The 2nd time I called they said to talk to my postal carrier. They just said, we deliver whatever is sent to us. I am e-mailing customer service now and asking for a refund. This is BAD business and I don’t intend on renewing.
