ls there a secret to downloading the May 2025 issue? I am a subscriber, but every click to download just brings me to this page to “Leave A Reply.” Please help.
Same!!
Can’t download
Trying for 2 or 3 days – can’t download. Thanks.
Having similar issue as those above.
I am extremely disappointed that you will no longer offer a print subscription. I have been a subscriber for more years than I can remember and think it’s awful that you are just cancelling the print version with no notice. I have kept every single issue since I’ve been subscribing and often refer back to them. After seeing comments from others that they can’t download issues, I will no longer be a subscriber.
Current issue downloaded fine. Will there be archived issues to refer back to?
I have had no problem with downloading the current issue. However, I am disappointed the hard copy will no longer be issued as it was more handy to read and save the issues for future reference. Will see how it goes.
I am very upset that you are no longer mailing paper copies. I don’t want to have to try and read articles off my phone!! Plus I see the website isn’t even allowing downloads. The WDJ has really gone downhill. Plus the customer “service” is absolutely terrible when you call and they will not allow you to get to the next level of support or a supervisor. Just bloody awful!!!
Will we be able to print articles from the digital version? I’m not always able to now. I like to give them to my clients.
I, too am very disappointed you have decided to go digital only. I have had a subscription for I can’t tell you how many years. In fact I just subscribed in April for another 4 years. Had I know this was happening, I would not have done it. Living where I do in a rural area with sketchy Internet service, it is difficult at best to log in then try to find the issues. Paper copies were always easy to access and save for future reference. Bad decision in my opinion.
Now, just like my digital bank statement, WDJ will go unread.
Not happy 😒
I am willing to continue learning but, with that said, it disappoints me that a printed copy will not be available unless I print it myself. It is a small hill to climb but in my old age, I guess it is good for me to keep moving.
I had some trouble getting set up for paperless but WJD’s customer service helped me out and I was able to download this issue with no trouble. Thanks WJD!!
I am so sorry you are going on. Line only. I love a print edition. Willnot be renewing.
I am very sad that I won’t have a printed copy sent out after this months copy (June 2025) . I am a hands on book type. I like to have something physical in my hands to read. My Whole Dog Journals are all filed together. There are probably a good twenty years worth. I am going to miss that.
I renewed my subscription sent a check for $29.00 for a year subscription.I enjoyed the printed booklet not so much on line now.I will see how it works out.If I don’t like this I will discontinue for sure Judy Bland May 19 2025
I too, am not happy with the abrupt change.. with no consideration to your loyal customer base, of perhaps giving them the chance to opt for printed or online or both readable formats… I’ve had online access for quite a while now, and rarely read it from the Internet, always instead, looking forward to read from the hands-on issue.. Once my subscription is up, I will most likely not be renewing either.
