it seems I am not the only one disatisfied with WSJ ability to communicate with former members of paper issue to june….i only renewed foreach year since 2010 so i suppose i should be thankful i havent lost more $ …. your repetitive statement WSJ is not indicative of any real concern for your old customers who struggled with the awful switch over to digital which didnt work. Then you had the business of not replying to emails?????
I just went to the WDJ website for the first time in ages. It occurred to me I haven’t been getting a paper copy in some time.
I scrolled thru the comments and saw they dropped the paper edition in June. I have too much paper in my house so digital only does not bother me but it looks like they are not going to continue with complete copies per month, only articles emailed every few weeks.
My favorite part of WDJ is the food rankings in Nov and Feb.
Does anyone know if these will still be available? The better part of the Nov and Feb issues was devoted to this.
Does anybody know? Bueller?
I would pay more than double for a printed copy, I save them all and hate this digital format. Ive been a subscriber for more than 10years. I do not think I will renew and that is so sad. This format is not good.
I am not sure if I will renew my subscription when it comes due. I would have paid more for a print copy. I don’t see an actual issue any more. Just a series of articles, and you have to go into each section to see what is new / current.
Disappointed with having to read the monthly issues online. I much prefer the hard copy. The most recent issue I can download is June 2025. What happened to July, August & September?
I checked with a friend of mine regarding the Wednesday and Sunday emails that Greg said go out to subscribers. She is getting the same as me so they are sending them out BUT the subject line doesn’t say “here your new content” rather it’s the name of the first article contained in the email. I also noticed that there are no new Blogs up on the WDJ website unless they are in the Facebook page but I don’t access WDJ there as a general rule. Just passing on what I’ve found so far. I hope it helps.
They know it doesn’t work and aren’t fixing it. Maybe they’re going bankrupt and just aren’t dealing with their customer base.
Is anybody getting reasonable reply’s to their questions here, beyond the standard cut/paste email from Greg? It is supposed to be a customer service site, but so far I’m not seeing any service at all. Any ideas or suggestions?
Today is August 28th. Only June issue is available under ‘downloads’. Did I miss July issue? It is an inconvenience having to print the issues I can adjust. But it would be nice to get an email that says the latest issue is available and have the latest issue available on time.
I sent an E-Mail in regard to the July and August issue of the WDJ and never received a reply. I also indicated that there were many unhappy comments on this website indicating the same. Never received anything back. I am going to try calling them. Customer Service is Lacking!!!
