  1. I contacted WDJ about the inability to read any current issues after 6/2025. I was told that a manager would look into it and call me back after fixing the problem. Here, 10 days after my first call there is nothing . No call back, no update of an active subscription. They had no problem taking my money but can’t deliver the product paid for. When I called back a second time I was told to be patient. I don’t know if the Better Business Bureau or Consumer protection bureau needs to be contacted. From other comments I see my case is not a one off. Very disappointed in their lack of customer care. At least before they went digital I received all my copies that I ordered.

    • June 2025 was the last print issue and full PDF. We are completely online now. With your paid subscription, you can access all articles, including those marked “subscriber only.” Cindy Foley, Senior Editor

      • That is what I am trying to tell you. The last issue I can access is 6/25. Ever since you went online only, I cannot access any issues after that. I have access to all my issues prior to 6/25. So what is the problem and how do we fix it. When I go to manage my subscription it says Invalid subscription. My account, those words exactly. Something on your end is not allowing me to go past 6/25. I even received an email in 2/26 that if I wanted to renew I did not have to do anything, it would automatically renew. PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance. My credit card was also charged 3/3/26. Patricia Petkoff

  2. I too was disappointed to see there are no further printed copies of Whole Dog Journal. I will not be renewing any subscription. I do not like going to a website to read with no printed hard copy. I have no computer & I dislike reading from digital. Sorry to see it end but not for what I want and need anymore.

  3. I agree with almost all the comments. I do not mind the digital copies if in fact you can get the digital copies. I cannot download for printing any copies from July to present. If WDJ does not correct these issues EVERYONE is cancelling their subscriptions. If that becomes the case, good bye WDJ, so very very sad!!!

  4. First off: this is NOT A DUPLICATE EMAIL COMMENT REPLY: my old email is going to be invalisd
I have tried every means to contact WDJ to update to a valid email and I have not gotten any response so soon I will no longer get any emails from WDJ since they obviously do not care about their subscribers or updating emails
After 23 years of subscribing I am sad to really consider not subscribing any more and going after WDJ for breach of contract WHICH STATED getting monthly journals

  5. and soon my old email is going to be invalisd

  6. impossible to not be able to communicate directly with someone at WDJ – dither are getting money for a product only a few percent of the subscribers say is okay. The rest of us (and I have been a subscriber since 2002) dislike the current way WDJ is operating. I don’t appreciate getting WDJ articles multiple times a day ( many of them from years back) and not getting current issues.
