  1. My renewal starts today 4/2/2025 for a year. I have been trying to switch from online digital to the print Journal with no success. I have sent two emails called three times, had two hang up calls, and representatives that inform me they don’t do anything with renewals. Would someone please advise as to how I can switch from online digital to print journals from now on. And since I just renewed today and my bank has removed my subscription payment today this should not be a hard thing to do. Would someone PLEASE!!!!!! advise. I would also like to give a subscription to someone as a gift.

  2. Deborah, I have been battling with them on another issue. Based on their reply, I believe their support team is offshored. They seem to have a good deal of trouble understanding and resolving my issue.
