My subscription to WDJ automatically renewed for a year, but the system will not let me download the April 2025 issue.
Hi Jim, I’m just another subscriber replying to you. I doubt anyone who could solve your issue is going to come to this page looking for comments about accessing content. There’s a customer service link at the top of the page; try that.
Thanks, Marlys Ray. I have contacted customer service about the issue.
Automatically subscribed but you always want me to renew. Why is that.
Thanks, Marlys Ray. I have contacted customer service about the issue.

My renewal starts today 4/2/2025 for a year. I have been trying to switch from online digital to the print Journal with no success. I have sent two emails called three times, had two hang up calls, and representatives that inform me they don’t do anything with renewals. Would someone please advise as to how I can switch from online digital to print journals from now on. And since I just renewed today and my bank has removed my subscription payment today this should not be a hard thing to do. Would someone PLEASE!!!!!! advise. I would also like to give a subscription to someone as a gift.
Hi Deborah…. I’m a subscriber of the hard copy version and my latest copy started they are going ALL social starting this June. Rising costs of postage, paper supply chains are tight, printing and fulfillment prices skyrocketing, etc. So, I hate this because I love my hardcopies but I’m going to have to get used to going digital now.
Deborah, I have been battling with them on another issue. Based on their reply, I believe their support team is offshored. They seem to have a good deal of trouble understanding and resolving my issue.
Jim
Impossible to download my issue. When I click download, it asks me to subscribe. I guess I’ll have to cancel my subscription.
My current subscription is paid until February, 2029 issue. Will my subscription automatically switch to the digital version in June? If not, why not? If I have to pay again for digital, when can I expect a refund for the balance of my paid. Printed format subscription?
Patricia Convery all you need to do is at the top of the page click on Activate My Web Access. Fill in one of the forms that comes up and you should be all set.
There is no “Activate My Web Access” at the top of the page. I’m a subscriber, auto renewal, good till May 2026.
