Hate digital only. I paid for paper subscription and do not have a computer so it’s a pain to only be able to read on my phone and not have easy access to old issues. Having trouble accessing articles!
I have only ever had the digital version, and guess I’m a total outlier on this subject, but I really like it! I have a dedicated folder for it on my computer. If I really like a page or story and want a copy of it, I print it out. Now you probably thinking “this is a young person talking” But I will be 71 next week. I even have a digital notebook that I put my favorite articles in.
I am also disappointed that the print version is being discontinued. I have other publications that have gone digital only and I never remember to read them. After working on a computer all day, I like to sit on the couch and read from a physical copy. We’ll see how it goes, but not sure that I will renew when my subscription runs out.
I am unable to download any copies of WholeDog Journal. Tried ordering a new subscription to see if that would help but could not even do that!!
Have valued info received as most up to date and correct. Probably will not even be able to receive remaining copies of my current subscription
A very sad change to an important source of information for dog owners.Progress I guess it is called
I understand why the change. Think about it folks. This is way better than whole dog going extinct.
It is now mid September and I have not seen any online issues since the June hard copy. Please help
THat’s all I can access too. I’d like a refund! Already changed my subscription to terminate and not renew. What a scam!
Don’t like digital only access. I won’t renew.
In addition I can’t download any issues!!!!
Is a refund available for unsent issues?
good luck trying to get ahold of anyone at WDJ
Not thrilled with your decision to go digital. Prefer the printed version. I’m a longtime subscriber, have saved every issue received and will not be subscribing when my subscription expires in September 2025.
WHY doesnt whole dog actually review AAFCO? The recommended COPPER MINIUM should be the MAX that minium in dog foods is stupid. It nearly cost my dog his life cuz too many well known dog foods add way, way more! that causes copper storage in many dog’s livers!
IF not for my own research into this, proper meds, and finding Voyager Dog food, NOT listed here, my dog would be dead.
Stop thinking AAFCO is the god to go by. PLEASE
the copper from these big name dog foods, added to dog foods, is synetic and deadly to some dogs.
I have tried to download and have had no success. I also can’t find a way to contact anyone. Getting ready to cancel my subscription……
I was shocked to hear there will no longer be any more print copies. I’ve subscribed since the Journal was first available & enjoyed reading the print copy. I spend too much time on the computer as it is, and do not want to have to read the Journal digitally as well, and is difficult to do so. I understand why the change, but I will probably not be renewing my subscription.
