How do I activate my online access? Please click here and fill in the appropriate information. You will need your account number to set up your online access.

Where do I find my account number? Your account number is the first 11 digits found on your magazine's mailing label just above your name. Please enter without spaces.

I forgot my password. Please click here. You will need to enter the contact email you have supplied to us.

When does my subscription expire? Click here and fill in the required information. Click the "submit" button to proceed. You will find your subscription information on the next page.

When will I receive my first issue? Please allow 4 to 6 weeks after placing your order. If it has been longer than that please e-mail customer service at: customer_service5@belvoir.com

Did you receive my payment? Please click here and fill in the required information. Click the "submit" button to proceed. On the right side of the page you will see a box titled "Customer Service Options"; click on "Make a payment." If your payment has been received you will have an account balance of $0 with no balance due.

When should I receive my book(s) or other product orders? Please allow 7 to 10 business days after placing your order. If it has been longer than that please e-mail customer service at: customer_service5@belvoir.com.

How do I access my eBook? You can access your purchased eBook(s) by clicking on the word 'profile' next to your log in name 'Hello, Your name' in the top right hand corner of each page of the website. Your order will be the last item on the list - click on the title to re-download.

How do I pay my bill on line? Please click here and fill in the required information. Click the "submit" button to proceed. On the right side of the page you will see a box titled "Customer Service Options"; click on "Make a payment"

Are Back Issues available to purchase?
Extra copies are printed of each issue. Those copies are available for as long as supplies last. Price is $7.50 per copy (plus $2 shipping and handling per order).

How long does it take to get my first issue?
Print subscriptions usually take about 4-6 weeks from the time you send in your order until you receive your first issue in the mail. Our publications are delivered via U.S. Mail, Periodicals Postage.

What if I missed issues?
If you have missed an issue, we may have an incorrect address on file. Please login to verify your address, to check the payment status on your account, to pay in full for your subscription or to report the missed issue. If none of these explanations apply, you can contact Customer Service via telephone at 1-800-829-9165.

What do I do if my issue arrived damaged?
If your issue arrives damaged and you have a standard sized mailbox, please check with your Post Office to see if your magazines generally arrive in good condition. If they do not, you can contact Customer Service to report the problem. Click here.

Why did I receive a bill before my first issue?
It may be confusing to receive a bill before your first issue. Because our publications are mailed via Periodicals Postage (formerly Second Class postage) and our statements are mailed via First Class Postage, sometimes the statements arrive before the first issue. If you choose to pay for your subscription with this first statement, please be reassured by our money-back guarantee.

Do you share my name and address with other companies?
Like many other publishers, we make portions of our customer list available to carefully screened companies that offer products and services we believe you may enjoy. If, when we make our list available, you do not wish to receive these offers and/or information, please let us know by contacting us at:

We will promptly stop your service and issue a refund for any un-mailed copies. If you cancelled your subscription, but are still receiving bills, please note that it takes a few days for a cancellation to become effective. Therefore, if you receive any invoices after you have cancelled, please ignore them.
