What is my username? Your email address is your username. If you have multiple email accounts, you may have registered for Whole Dog Journal with a different email address.

My username and/or password is not working. Passwords from the old Whole Dog Journal website will not work on the new website. We ask that you reset your password. If you have multiple email accounts, be sure you are using the email address Whole Dog Journal has on file.

How do I unsubscribe or change my email preferences? Whole Dog Journal offers a few options for the types of emails you will receive. To review and make changes click here.

How do I update my payment information? Go here, log in and click on Manage My Subscription, then Add Payment.

How do I discontinue my subscription at the end of the present term? Go here, log in and click on Manage My Subscription, then Do Not Renew.

Where do I find my online learning course? Whole Dog Journal’s online learning courses are created and managed by the Whole Dog Journal staff but housed on a separate website. www.wholedogonlinelearning.com To order or access Whole Dog Journal online learning courses, go here. How do I activate my online access? Paid subscribers to Whole Dog Journal are entitled to online access to all content appearing in the pages of the publication including PDFs of the current issue and archived issues.

I forgot my password. Please click the Reset Password link at the top of the page. You will need to enter the contact email you have supplied to us.

When does my subscription expire? Click here and fill in the required information. Click the “submit” button to proceed. You will find your subscription information on the next page.

How do I cancel my subscription? Please click here. Please make sure to provide the email address associated with the subscription.

When should I receive my book(s) or other product orders? Please allow 7 to 10 business days after placing your order. If it has been longer than that please e-mail customer service.

How do I access my eBook? You can access your purchased eBook(s) by clicking on My Account at the top of any page. Your eBook can be found in the Downloads section.

How do I change my address and other account information? Please click here and click on Addresses or Account Details.

Where can I buy additional products?
